Buying goods over the internet provides a different shopping experience from buying Vélolove products in-store. Colours and shades of products shown on the Vélolove website will depend on many variables, including your computer type, monitor display settings or the light quality in your environment. Pictures and images at Vélolove are for illustrative purposes only, for an accurate description please refer to the descriptive text next to the product. We always provide accurate dimensions and measurements, please contact us if you are unsure about the size, shape or finish of any product. Please be aware, that many of our goods are individually handcrafted and in some instances have unique differences that set them apart from mass-produced items.
Upon receipt of your order, we will send a confirmation email detailing order and payment. A further email will follow confirming dispatch. We reserve the right to refuse a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from the Website whether or not that product has been sold.
Orders though our website are processed by Paypal who accept all major credit and debit cards and have achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard. Paypal adheres to the most stringent levels of security, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process.
Delivery and Postage
Unless otherwise specified, Vélolove will despatch all merchandise within 48 hours of cleared payment, Monday-Friday (excluding Public Holidays). Each order is carefully selected, checked and prepared for shipping. We take great care to pack our products for postage, using extra packing materials for fragile items. Delivery quotes are generated automatically when you enter your delivery address and you can review your quote before purchase. UK Delivery is FREE over £50. European and International Delivery is calculated automatically using a 'cost per order'. For UK Delivery we use Royal Mail. For International Delivery we use Royal Mail Airmail or International Signed For. We accept orders worldwide and you are also solely responsible for any duty and/or taxes to be paid on the value of the products purchased from Vélolove. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail and other domestic or international postage carriers.
Prices and stock availability
We reserve the right to change any product prices, product specifications and availability at any time. We aim to ensure stock information on the Vélolove website is as accurate as possible, but cannot guarantee that stock is available. If the product you have ordered is not available, we will contact you by email or phone and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available or cancel your order. If you are planning to order a particular product in large quantities, please contact us first.
Returns and Exchanges
We hope you will be delighted by your order – however, if you are not fully satisfied, we are happy to provide a full refund of the item please follow the instructions below.
Incorrect or defective Items
If an item has been delivered to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective, please notify our Returns Department within 3 days by email at firstname.lastname@example.org, state your order number, contact telephone and give the reason for return. On receipt of your email our Returns Department will issue a RMA number which must be quoted on all packaging. Refunds can only be made to the card used for purchase and will only be processed once the item has been received by us and will be completed within 14 Days of receipt of return.
Proof Of Purchase
No refund or exchange will be given without a Velolove.cc receipt, dispatch note, or other proof of purchase.
Offers and Discounts
Unless we state otherwise, offers and discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer - Clearance items, promotional items, gift certificates or delivery charges are not included in our special offers. No cash alternative is available and offers are non-transferable. Discount or offer prices will be shown on the product listing page or at the checkout stage on the website. Vélolove retains the right to withdraw offers or discounts at any time and for any reason.
Vélolove is committed to protecting your privacy when you visit or shop at our website. We do not collect personal information, such as names, postal addresses or email addresses, unless you approve it. By using this website, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of Vélolove. We will never pass on your personal details to other companies. We will only call you if there is a query with your order, never for marketing or sales purposes. As a customer of Vélolove, we will use your email address to alert of your new products, special offers and other news we wish to share. You will have the option of unsubscribing at any time from the Vélolove mailing list.
Changes to these terms and Conditions
Vélolove reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time with out prior notice. We encourage our customers to review this page whenever you purchase from our Website.
You agree to withhold Vélolove and it's directors, employees and suppliers, from any claim, demand, action or damage, including reasonable solicitors fees, made or incurred by any third party arising out of or related to your use of this website.
Retailers are free to purchase our products for resale in their own outlets, please contact us to discuss details. However, we do not allow other business to sell our products on ebay.
Legal, Trademarks and Copyright
The Vélolove logo, and the ‘VELO’ stamp logo should not be reproduced without our written permission. Colour reproduction is as accurate as photographic and printing processes will allow. Vélolove.cc own the rights to all photography and other visual material on Vélolove.cc. Reproduction of any material without our permission is not permitted.
Cooling Off Period
You have the right to return your products within 14 working days of the day after the date the item is delivered, should you wish to do so please notify our Returns Department by email email@example.com, state your order number, contact telephone and give the reason for return. You are responsible for the cost of returning items during the cooling-off period and these will only be accepted if they are unopened and in resalable condition.
On receipt of your email the Returns Department will issue a RMA number which must be quoted on all packaging, failure to quote the RMA number will result in the goods being returned and no refund processed. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service , We will not be liable for goods lost in transit that cannot be supported by recorded-delivery documentation. Refunds can only be made to the card used for purchase and will only be processed once the item has been received by us.
